Breast implants & rhinoplasty recovery

Hi ladies.
I am looking for some advice on the recovery of a BA and rhinoplasty at the same time.
I am wondering what I can expect and how long you all had off work. My surgery will be on a Sunday and I was thinking of just taking 1 week off, I am desk based so not active.
Any advice would be appreciated I’m very nervous x
