    Hi girls
Had my first consultation with the surgeon on wednesday. Unfortuently he told me i needed a lift aswell as implants due to rapid weight loss. Finally came to terms with it and def going ahead. Has anyone got any info on how there surgery went with both procedures. Really worried about scars etc.
    Thanks
    Nikki xx

@flynn-x Thanks very much megan im in work just now so i’ll have a look soon as i can. its the scars im really concerned about. Ive been told im getting 435 low profile and anchor lift. Im worried about it being low as i have zero volume on top just now as it is. What profile did you have ? xx

Hey NIkki, low profile simply means the implant is wider at the base and will protrude less from your chest wall, as you mentioned weight loss I’m guessing he LP will be used to fill the width of your natural breast without having to take additional tissue and skin away with your lift, in terms of volume it wont make your implant any smaller as such it will just make it wider as to fill the skin more. Hope this helps! x

@kaydeestafford Thanks so much for that info Kaydee, I wasnt sure if i would get any volume with it being low profiles and thats what i really want but it makes sense with having the extra breast tissue. xx

When you said about “protrude less from your chest wall” will it still look like i have high boobs? Surgeon said the implant size for me would be 435 if you have any idea that would be great. xx

I don’t really understand what you mean by will it look like you have high boobs honey? By protrude I mean how far they *stick out* if that makes sense, imagine you are trying to stand flat against a wall facing forward, with extra high profile, they stick out a lot so your breast would touch the wall before your nose did, with low profile your breast will be wide rather than pushed forward so they won’t *stick out* as much. The profile defo won’t make them look low, saggy or droopy xx
