Breast uplift no implants advised by Mr Traynor

Hi Ladies,
Advice please!
I have a 34 E cup at the moment but have breastfed my two children and need an uplift. Most of the reviews have had implants as well as an uplift but I have been told by Mr Traynor and another surgeon at another clinic that implants are not an option as they would sag very quickly. I am fine with having uplift only but i have been unable to see hardly any before and after pictures. I have also read some not so good reviews and they have made me very nervous. I don’t live mainland UK so will have to travel for my surgery wherever I go so I am prepared to have it anywhere in the UK and I am just so unsure of where to go. I don’t want to regret it! There seems to be so many surgeons out there that I’m finding the whole thing confusing! HELP!

Hi, I’m having an uplift on Thursday wit Dr Mounir albeit with implants. I saw a number of surgeons from various different clinics – all of which gave me completely different options ranging from implants only, uplift only to both. I want my boobs lifting but also filling out but I don’t want to look huge. I’m currently a small/emptyish 32dd but my skin is still quite firm. An uplift only would have taken me down to a c cup which isn’t what I wanted. My end result should see me remaining around a 32dd/e cup. I’ve sent you a friend request so you can follow my progress. I’ll post some before and after pics at various stages as I’ve struggled to find much help in the ‘uplift’ category. Xx

Hi, did you go ahead with the uplift and are you happy? I am having an uplift only with Dr Andrea on 13th December and was told something similar to yourself that implants would not be an option. Hope the op went well!
