Bruising

Hi I’m 4 days po and I’m just wondering whether this bruising is normal. I know my body been through a lot it’s just other peoples pictures don’t look bruised like this x

Jesus that looks so sore! I can’t take my strapping off till tomorrow so I don’t know what mines like but mine feels very sore! Il let you know when my strapping is off Xxx

I didn’t have any bruising at all. Maybe it depends if you tend to bruise more easily? xx

I had bruising in my sternum like that too, it soon faded though. Don’t worry, its normal as your body has been through a lot. Have you been taking Arnica it helps with bruising a lot. x
