Bruising down my side question ?

Not sure if i have brused under my plasters but i have lots of brusing down one side of my tummy and have been really sore and swollen there did anybody els have this ?

It doesnt hut or anything just wondered if it waas normal like normaly i am skinny skinny and im bloated like a balloon right now and have been since i had op ? Could it just be that ?

Hi Hun I had my op yesterday and I’m also super bloated to, not sure why you have bruising there it might be worth contacting the nurse to ask, when was your surgery, is it ok if I add you? X x

Ye hun add away 🙂 im not sure but i have my post op on tusday so i will just ask then my mym n dad said could just be from being moved about in surgery ! I had it 4 days ago hun hope your recovering okay how do you feel ? Xx

I’m not feeling to bad pain is ok, strapping is so tight tho and I’m really bloated but overall not as bad as I expected, what size did you go from and to? X x hope your recovery is going well x x

The bloating is water retention. Happens to most people after a op or being on medication. I looked pregnant lol

The bruising I’m not sure. But I would definitely ask your nurse. Xx

I was super bloated too but it went as soon as I stopped taking the cocodomol and replaced it with paracetamol xx

I’m having my op on Tuesday 16th February , haven’t received my admission time . Did you get a email from MYA to let you know the time for your op ?

Hi Beverly yes Mya sent me an email with admission time, if you haven’t heard anything contact Mya, I think it was my PC that sent it to me x x x

I think the bloating is common, I’m bolted too. I just think it’s water retention and maybe the antibiotics.

Has anybody taken Arnica, I have taken them ready for my op tomorrow, it helps with bruising xx

I’ve just started to see brusing on one of my incisions so I think it’s just starting to come out, mine aren’t painful either xx
A bit weird their down there on you though, but as someone said could be moving you around xxx

Had my op at the end of October and looked like I’d had a good kicking! Was black and blue under both boobs and all down my left side which faded within about five weeks. I do bruise quite easily though, so I wasn’t that shocked,
I’m so pleased with the results: wish I’d done it years ago!???
