bubbling??

I’m not sure what’s going on with my right boob…..
I have a funny feeling down the side of it. I’m not sure wether I’m sweating and that’s what I can feel as it does feel a bit icky/sweaty.

Anyone else experience this? Or bubbling? Is it normal?

I’m only 3 days post op.
