    Stupid question…what shower gel can I use day of my op??can’t remember wat nurse said?!? Xxx

    Your not dumb hun, I think you can use shower gel just don’t put body lotion on afterwards. My body was so dry 🙁

    If you can find something with antiseptic in (like a hand wash) that would be good… get the area nice and clean 🙂 xx

    No shower gel or perfumed soap, you need to use an antiseptic soap ONLY and no body lotion, deodorant ect. I used Detol soap x

    I was told about that simple shower gel cos its in perfumed and some people used hibiscrub not sure what I’m using though xx as some people say you can’t use anything ? Can’t you wash your hair before your op either? Xx

    Girls I washed my hair the morning of surgery and used norml soap… it was fine! Just no body lotion although I put some face cream on

    Oh hell.well TBh I’m leaving Plymouth 12:45am Friday so my showers guna b Thursday night and my admission times 1:30pl Fri so I’m prob safe either way.int I.I forgot I won’t be showering or bathing Friday lol smelly xxx
