    Hi ladies,

I’m new to all this but Im hoping some of you kind ladies can help!!! I am hoping to get my boobs done around October time, although I haven’t had my initial consultation yet as I am still trying to work out what I need to be asking for in terms of size and so on. I am currently a 36b, and 5ft 6 wanting to be a good d / dd cup ( as natural looking as possible. So any advice you can give me on sizes and types /shapes of implants would be great., ive had children , but they aren’t particularly droopy or anything but I would just like to go bigger. Ive always been the one with the small boobs, and ive decided (at 36) if I don’t do it now I never will!! Also what I really want to know is on average how long is it til you can “manage” without help post op. Ive 3 kids but the youngest is three and I have a 30 min walk to and from school everyday with my son and my youngest starts nursery there in September. My husband might be able to take off a couple of days but realistically he cant have a week off until after Christmas. If I booked surgery for October half term do you think I will be ok to do the school walk etc the following week? I don’t know whether I will be able to manage or if am I being ridiculous? I am hoping to keep the whole thing secret from my Mum, as she will be dead against it and will give me serious grief over the money and so on and I just don’t want to tell her – I was thinking come October I can wear baggy clothing etc and keep it under wraps – but obviously I cant rely on her for help hence the reason I am worried!! Sorry for the essay!! Hope someone can help?! xx

Hey, I was out of bed within 20mins of recovery! I don’t even feel like I’ve had anything done. I had 495cc overs with mr Mounir on Monday at Preston! Absolutely love the size an I went for extra high profile as I refer the fake look! My mums been amazing during this whole experience an has done everything for my boy! But I can pretty much do everything just not drive 🙁 I think us mums get that use to doing something I’m still on the go I feel bored! The surgeon will recommend you sizes once you tell him what size you want to achieve an depending on quality of breast tissue you will be advised of unders or overs hope everything goes welling u want to ask anything else inbox me x

Thanks for taking the time to reply to me!! Wow it sounds like you are recovering really well and im glad your really pleased with everything!! I hope I am the same!! From what I have read on here it seems as though having implants under the muscle takes more time to heal than having overs. I guess I will just have to see what the surgeons suggest when I have my consultation. As mad as it sounds I am just hoping I wont be in so much pain, or unable to use my arms for more than a few days because then it becomes more difficult to avoid my Mum finding out!!! If I can walk ok and use my arms a bit after a couple of days I might just get away with having it done without hubby needing more time off.x

I was absolutely petrified that I wouldn’t be able to move my arms… honestly I put my bra on dressed myself, don’t my make up, everything the only thing I have trouble with I closing heavy doors, or the boot of the car as its high up and the loo at my mums is a pushy button thing which is touch other than that I feel the same as before! youll be absolutely fine. because I worried so much about not being able to do everything as soon as I realised I could I gave me more drive to get stuff done 🙂 keep us updated in what u go for. I also herd unders is a longer recovery xx

    I was a 32A and I had 325cc and I am now a 32DD.

I had my ba in easter hols so had 13 days off before I had to do the school run, and during the 13 days I only had my mum come round onday 4 to do some housework so I managed on my own with a 7 and 4 year old
