Hi girls I’m 5 days post op and I’ve been pain free so far no bruising or anything! I’ve got my check up on Thursday but I can feel the implants when I Bend down or cough or even laugh! There not really painful I’m just a bit achy under the boob! Is that normal to feel them? X

Hi Hun, I’m 8 days post op and I’ve had the same, I’ve spoke to the nurse and it’s totally normal! I think it’s just where the swelling is going down and there able to move around a little, such a strange sensation tho isn’t it lol xxx

    Hi Kirsty
I had overs and the sensation of the implants in my body, particularly when I walked , made me feel sick in the first week. I felt like if I bent over or walked to fast they would literally fall off!! I kept posting on here asking when do they start to feel like normal boobs? I was terrified they would stay feeling like grapefruits Under my skin. After 8 days they started to feel a bit more normal, I’m now 5 weeks post op and am happy to tell you they feel like a natural part of my body, phew.
It takes at least 6 weeks for your body to form a capsule around the implant which will protect the implant and create a natural pocket for them to sit in.
Try and not to let your boobies move around too much in the first few weeks so that the capsule can form properly.
You will be amazed how much they change each week.
Good luck with your healing xx
