Can i pencil in my brows on surgery day?

Christ, if not ill give everyone a scare an look like a walking potatoe!

Lol! Me the same! I am keeping my full face on! I don’t want to scare my surgeon ?? when I has my child I had a full face on and I had general A so I shouldn’t see why not! X

Haha! My nurse said i cant wear makeup or have anything on my skin but technically im filling in my brow hairs an not my skin lol!!!! The things we do for boobs aye!!! Xxx

I wouldn’t both girls I filled in my eyebrows and looked worse when I woke up as one had smudged down my face haha x

I went in with a full face of makeup and wasnt told to remove it so should be fine!

I literally have no eyebrows, phaha!
But I asked my nurse if I could wear these stick on eyebrows I buy, sounds so stupid, but they’re like them kids tattoos you had when you were younger.
I buy them from internetwigs.com.
Nurse said shouldn’t be a problem, but she’ll ask my surgeon.
So I’ll wear them on the day, and go from there.
Maybe invest in them for the day? x

Thank you girls! Wow really charlotte? Demi ill have to have a look at those! My eyebrows have decided to not grow on the outer edges an it looks absoloutley hilarious! Ill be a right old laughing stock sleeping on the surgery bed!! Xxx

That is my fear, I’m just going look like a pale potato if I have to take them off!
They’re really good and only come off with baby oil, unless you have really oily skin like me, they only last about a day and half. Which is more than enough time for surgery.

@demi what? I have never heard of them before! Think I will defiantly look in to getting some.
Usually I just tint them. I’m more worried about not being able to use fake tan for 7 days before surgery and the recovery time after! Lol

I had my brows and lashes on for surgery! Oh and tan on my face haha! I cheated but nobody said a word, the nurse who took me to theatre was lovely when I said about my lashes he just used a substance to keep my eyes shut instead of taping them down! Good luck with your op 🙂 xxx

@awaller Yeah, they’re brilliant. I swear by them.
When I’m going out I do draw over them with eyebrow gel, just to make them that bit bolder as I wear quite thick eyeliner.
But they’re good by themselves, waterproof and all haha!
They do a few different styles, colours and etc.

Girls it’s a hygiene risk. That’s why they tell you no deodorants, perfumes, body moisturisers/creams, make up etc. If anything was to transfer to the surgery site it could cause problems. To be completely honest you are going to look and feel like shite but you’re having an op so it’s to be expected! No one will see you apart from the staff, just style it out with some oversized sun glasses when you leave or something lol ?
Personally I wouldn’t risk it as in the grand scheme of things it’s not really worth it! Xx

Ahahah, I’m taking glasses incase I do have to take them off, as they’re not make up. My nurse said they should be okay, but she’ll double check with my surgeon. So I shall wear on the day, and see what they say xx

Demi whens your surgery date? If i see someone with oversized glasses an stick on brows i’ll give you a wave hahahaha xxx

My surgery date is the 25th of this month, Woohoo! When’s yours? Pahahha, don’t blow my cover. My eyebrows are natural… not. Ahaha xxx

Yeah, me too! I keep thinking what if I get cancelled?! I only have limited holiday!! Have to keep positive. I’ve had this booked since halloween!!
Really hope we don’t get cancelled ahaha xxx
