Can I shower ? 11days post op?

Hi ladies. I’m 11days post op and the clinic had to cancel my one week check up bcz there nurse had left. But they still haven’t booked me another appointment. When can I shower properly ? Or can my stitches not get wet unless there healed? Also.. I’m right handed.. My right boob is hurting a little more could this be why ? Bcz I obviously use this arm more xxxx
