Can I take laxative 3 days post op please help

I’m 3 days post op soooo bloated I’ve not been toilet since before op,would it be ok to take a laxative with me still on antibiotics,was gonna leave till they were finished and then start but feel really bad now xxx

Have you been taking codeine? It really bungs you up!! You’ll be fine taking something mild, like senna at night! Xx

Co codamal and the antibiotics,I’ve had Toby carvery dinner 2 days in a row and still can’t go toilet lol I look like I’m 6 months pregnant lol

I think it’s fine- I took laxatives around 4 days post op as I just couldn’t go toilet no matter how much fibre I ate. I was still taking antibiotics.

I’m gonna start then ,I no this sounds gross but I am passing some air but am in pain as I’ve eating a lot of heavy foods ,dosnt look nice havnt big tummy when I’ve just had boobs done

Try and stop the co cod amok and just take paracetamol and ibuprofen and you will see s difference xx

I took senna every night from 2days post op and it eventually sorted me out! Also eat lots of fruit! X
