    Hi
    Has anyone had to cancel and has gone through the refund of money process?
    I had to cancel vaser due to health reasons, was meant to be last Saturday. The asked for a doctor letter, which I provided. I have been calling and emailing and get no answers, eventually someone says my patient co-ordination will call me regarding this, surprise surprise she has not. I never got anything in writing about cancellations and refunds and at this point I feel like this is going to drag on and no one wants to get involved …. Rather disappointed as initially I was quite happy with them as a company …. Is there a complaints department or what should I do next? Thanks for any help anyone can give, it just feels like they take the money straight away but to give it back not so much

    hi beatriz! im not sure how vaser cancellations work . when i first had my consultation with my patient coordinator told me that if i see the surgeon after paying any monies, those funds will not be refundable. hope you get this issue sorted hun. are you still having ur BA done though?

    No I can’t have either …. very disappointed but as it is for health reasons and advised by doctor I have to follow that. When I spoke to them on the phone they said no problem if the doctor says so, give a letter and we will refund but is like they do not want to put anything in writing or get back to me, to be honest no one gave me any paperwork with any t&cs after I paid …. I will call again on Monday and go straight to complains as I have no faith that my patient co-ordination will get back to me, she never in the past and she has had plenty of time to do so ……
