    Hi girls. Please help!!! I’m really struggling to sleep in the upright position with legs also elavated . Had TT & BA on Weds. No pain except back pain from how I’m sat !!! Is there any other sleeping positions I could try ??? Any advice welcome xxxx

    So what did u do ? No sleep for a few days ? I’m now on all fours typing this to stretch my back out !!

    I literally didn’t get any sleep till around day 4/5 it’s different for everyone, i ended up sleeping during the day instead i found it easier for some reason, aw it’ll all be worth it in the end haha x

    Y I know what u mean. I’m up & down like a yoyo at the mo. All I can hear in the house is everyone snoring i!!! So annoying ! Thx Chelsea. You look great by the way !!!

    Hi sarah i brought a huge V pillow from argos its so comfy dont know what i would do without it lol. x

    Hi Sarah, hang in there hun!! You don’t need to worry about keeping your legs up as much now that’s just the first day or so. I would defo recommend the V pillow, I’m just over 2 months po and still love mine lol. If not I found snoozing on the sofa much easier to keep upright 🙂 x

    Hi hun. Im 4 days post op and was really struggling too. Last night I slep like an angel. I lay flat on my back with a large pillow behind my head, then put an extra pillow at each side so my face would roll on to it for comfort at either side. Doesnt sound comfy but I slept like a baby… might be something to do with lack of sleep for 3 nights tho lol. Dont worry too much about your legs being up hun, ive not put mine up at all whist asleep and doing fine xxxx

    I have a v pillow and then 5 normal pillows and am sleeping all the way through the night. I physically couldn’t roll over with that many pillows, really comfy! Xx

    Thx ladies for all ur advice ! Prob is I’ve had a TT as well as BA so trying hard not to pull my stitches !!! My back is killing more than anything as I can’t stand up straight yet :0(
