I had something similar at 3 months, my boobs started to ache at the sides like they did straight after my operation and then they got hard and I could feel the edges of the implant. I’m pretty sure it was capsular contracture but I started massaging them a lot and wearing a really tight sports bra and also laying on the floor on my front and raising my hips so all my weight was on my boobs and rolling around to stretch out the capsule (I found this recommended by an American plastic surgeon online) and within a few days/a week they went back to normal and I haven’t had any more problems! I read if you catch capsule contracture really early it’s possible to undo it, so maybe that’s what happened to me, I don’t know! Just make sure you massage them a lot, if it’s capsular contracture you’ll need to stretch the capsule back out! I massaged by pressing down with my palm all over my boob. Hope this helps! Xxx
