Capsular contracture chances

Hi all maybe I’m paranoid I have my op in November …but capsular contracture scares me! What r the chances and can anything be done to prevent it??

Hi I would try not to worry to much it’s just one of the risk you take when you have this surgery as far as I know theirs nothing you can really do to prevent it it’s just about how you body take to them x

Hiya.
I’m post op day 4, and this also scares me. Dr Traynor at my consultation told me it was 1 in 10 it could happen.
My boobs are so solid I keep thinking it’s happened to me, but I know I’m just really swollen.

We just have to not worry and keep going 🙂 if it happens it will get sorted. Stay positive 🙂 xx
