    Hello!
so i met my surgeon on wednesday and I’ve gone from being 100% sure to being a little doubtful.
he said that my chest is asymmetric and he said its because my chest wall (my bones) are slanted on a diagonal making one boob sit 1.5cm higher than the other and measure bigger.
he said he can try and correct this and but it’s difficult as he cannot correct bone structure.
he said he obviously needs to make me aware which is fine, and tbh without all the lines drawn on me i cant notice the difference, the lines made it dead clear. anyway if i get the implants, it might be more noticeable as they will be bigger and obviously one of the reason i dont notice it now is because they are so small.

im worried that afterwards il be just as concerned about the obviousness of how my boobs sit as i am now about how small they are.
has anyone else had the chest wall asymmetry? and if so was it more obvious after you had surgery?

    thankss xxx

Is it your nipples that won’t be level? To be honest if they r going to look good in a bra and clothes I would still get them done xx

hey hun, i haven’t experiaced this but if it was me i would still have it done as fionajsd has just said if there guna sit in your bra the same then you will look fine. it’s better to have something to show than nothing at all! thats why were all here. i hear some girls having a size bigger in one breast would this this an option? even if it does’t correct the problem fully it may help. but you need this thats why your prepared to spend the money and go under the knife, go for it and get the assets you want babe xx

its not so much the nipples the way her drew on me her pushed each boob upwards and drew around the ‘cleavage line’ of how they would sit when both left to drop the lines were so different! so i’d kind of have quite mis-shaped boobs. he said he MIGHT use different sized implants on the day as this may help but he said correcting bone structure is difficult.
i’m just hoping to find somebody who has had the same problem but gone ahead in hope i can find out if it was more noticable after implants and by how much!

Hey sweetie I was going to say in this case they normally use two diffrent size of implants and if not right they can use a nipple lift on one to even them out I had nipple on my right to even them out xx

I have this has an uneven chest wall I wasn’t really aware I had if until I met my surgeon although I had always noticed one side stuck out more. I’m 4 months post op now and you can’t tell . I was told it may be more noticeable after my op or even that I would need 2 different size implants if they looked odd on the day. But I’ve got same size implants and you can’t tell what so ever . Feel free to have a look at mine x

I would trust him he knows what he’s doing. Mine was fair noticeable and I have even results he really is a good surgeon you have nothing to worry about. Think it just throws you a little makes you think your going to have uneven boobs x

Vanessa I’m in pretty much the exact same boat as yourself I have the chest wall asymmetry and asymmetrry in pretty much every other way possible in that boob too!! I’m still going to go ahead with surgery but ever since my consultation I have gone from excited to petrified and reluctant!! I have to have a lift because of the difference in size so wasn’t really left a choice but 100% go with what you feel will give the best results rather than the short term worry… That’s the only thing keeping me going ahead! I’m having surgery in March.. Let me know how you get on and what you decide Hun. Best of luck xxx

Hi, I have the same thing and didn’t even know until dr mounir pointed it out at my consultation, he said he only notices cos it’s his job to but normal ppl wouldn’t see it. He said he night have had to use two dif size implants but he ended up using the same-375s. I’m now 4weeks po and there identical you can’t even tell Hun xx

I’ve got my op tomorrow n I’ve got one boob a cup size bigger than the other so I’m having 375 in one and 350 in the other x

    Hi Vanessa

I have this same problem and am having slightly different sized implants in each side. My surgeon didn’t make a massive deal about it, he basically just said if you have asymmetry then you’ll ALWAYS have a degree of it and that they can’t correct it 100%. My op is on April 14th and I’m confident I’ll be happy with my results. I can hardly notice the asymmetry tbh with you and once it’s done I don’t think it’ll be much more exaggerated. My friend had the exact same problem and you can’t even notice it all – her boobs look perfect. I’d say it’s obviously your choice and what you feel comfortable with but for me it was just like go for it, if you never chance it you’ll never know! xx
