Clear stitch protruding from scar?

Hi girls,
I had my stitches removed a week ago and I have noticed that theres a clear stitch protruding through my scar and out of my skin. I’ve felt it before but I thought it was just a scab, but when I took a closer look I noticed that it appears to be a clear stitch and I am getting quite worried…
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey yes I had this I snipped it off with a tiny pair of nail scissors took forever as it was like tiny! Go back to the nurse if ur worried or can’t face doing it urself fx

I tried asking my mum to pull it out with tweezers but it wont seem to budge!

It’s the knot of the stitch Hun, mine took 12 weeks to scan over and it fell off naturally, probably best to just leave it x

Its just that I’ve started applying Kelo Cote to it already and every time I touch it I feel kind of queasy at the though of it just poking through the skin… maybe I got a bit panicky too as initially I thought it was just a hard scab.
I’ve sent an email and some more pics to the nurse email, curious to see what they advise.

Oh gosh! I just cut mine as was too scared to pluck it with tweezers best wait for the nurse to get back to u if u tried and it didn’t come our willingly. As it prob just best left alone. I cut mine because the nurse had cut some away before under my boob and on my nipple fxx
