I’m sure that won’t be a problem. I had my BA and “those days” . If you still feel unsure you can just ask the nurse, she’ll assure you.

Hi there. Had my procedure yesterday with an awful sore throat and a bit of a runny nose. The team were not worried, provided you don’t have a temperature. So if you are feeling reasonably bright with it (and just have annoying cold symptoms) I’m sure you will be fine. The nurse will give you a thorough once over.
@leigh1988 don’t worry – I had a snuffly nose and felt a bit under the weather. I totally panicked and asked the anaesthetist if I’d still be able to breathe with the mask on! She just said don’t be silly, I don’t think anyone’s managed to escape a cold this year! It’s not a big deal, as long as you don’t have a temperature and are really unwell I’m sure you’ll have nothing to worry about xxx
