complaints/contacting head office.

hi girls.
i dont know if anyone saw my previous post about the issues im having with mya. but to cut a long story short, i need to contact myas head office or someone of authority as it really doesnt seem like my pc is sorting out my issues, and my surgery is two weeks away. so so so stressed and upset that i cant even start to be excited about my surgery yet.

any help/advice would be great
