Completely braless..

I was just wondering when we can start to wear no bra..? I generally never used to wear bras that often especially in the summer and was wondering when I can start that again? Is it just after your 6 week check up? In currently 2 weeks PO today X

I’ve been advised to wear my sports bra day and night for 6 weeks. Then at my 6 week check they’ll tell me if I can wear a normal bra. I didn’t ask about bra-less. Maybe your PC can advise you? I wouldn’t suggest not wearing one though until your 6 week check xx
