Completely messed around

So… anyone else been completely messed around?

1st was asked to get three seperate doctors notes because they didnt specify what they wanted to know so £75 wasted

2nd was a date change so £240 in hotel booking fees lost as couldnt change them

3rd was mounir being sick (not his fault of course and I hope he is okay), so sent down to London with promise of similar date of operation (work all booked off and everything prepared), only to wait for 3 hours, then get refused the surgery in the time frame. So an extra day off work and £50 in train tickets wasted..

Currently still waiting on god knows what..

Okay. So update.

They are doing everything they can to sort things out, everything has been extremely stressful and busy but everyone is doing their best.

Not sure if it’s helpful but when my surgery got changed the company cover the expenses I incurred as a result I.e hotel and trains
