Confused on how to shower?

Hey girls xx

So when I removed my strapping off the nurse told me I can have a shower but I’m not allowed to get soap in the incisions and have to pat them dry if they get wet. So how are you supposed to wash your hair without shampoo running down your boobs? Also does this mean we can’t wash the top bit of our boobs with body wash ?
Still don’t feel clean because I’m scared of anything going near the incisions!

You can shower as normal but just don’t put the soaps directly on incisions just don’t touch them eith anything but when the water runs over them a bit with the soap its fine x

I’ve always used deoderant I didn’t know we couldn’t but I do use roll on x

Ohh because I use spray on and wouldn’t want to risk any particles going in to the incisions! I should switch to roll on. Thankuuu xx

I’ve been using spray on deodorant but only after I’ve put my bra on so the incisions are covered xx
