Contacting Mya Nottingham? No luck for days!

Hi guys, has anyone had any luck in contacting the Nottingham branch in the last week or so? Can’t get through to anyone to rearrange an appt tomorrow (worried about the £50 charge as its a 3 month follow up with a surgeon). I’ve left voicemails and also emailed Kimberley (PC) and as of yet, no response. They’ve always been really responsive before hand – does anyone have a number for them so I can compare with what I was given? Thanks x

I tried contacting them today as I want to change my appointment for when I see the nurse but I had no luck, I don’t think they are open Monday’s? But sometimes I have tried to ring them other days and it’s took me like 3/4 calls to get through so I am in the same boat 🙁 just keep trying Hun!x

I’ve tried to many times – it’s really frustrating haha my appointment is tomorrow and been trying since last week – I really hope I don’t get charged for not attending x

Heya Hun, if you ring the main number on 0333 014 1014 they should be able to cancel the appointment for you or at least give you another number to ring! They booked mine for me when I couldn’t get through xx

They’ve just called me back and rearranged – they sent an email on the 10th but it hasn’t reached me for some reason – silly phone! Thanks guys xx
