Contraceptive pill?

Hey girls,

I was advised by my nurse to stop using the contraceptive pill 2 weeks pre op.
I’m unsure when to start taking it again, has anyone else had similar advice/heard anything like this?

My op date was 21st June and I get my strapping off (or what’s left of it!) tomorrow 🙂

I was told to take it 2 weeks after the op 🙂 the nurse told me it doesn’t work while your taking antibiotics so to wait 2 weeks before taking it again xx

I waited 2 weeks x

I wasn’t told to stop taking the pill and I’m 3days post op..😅 hasn’t done me any harm takin it xx
