Court day after op?!

My op is booked for the 15th in Rochdale as a day case, this morning I received a letter from my solicitor to say I am in court at 2pm on the 16th in Doncaster! I can’t cancel my court appointment as its to stop my ex husband seeing the kids so very important! Do you ladies think I’ll be ok in time for court?! Really nervous now 🙁 don’t want to have to postpone my op 🙁 xxx

Hard to say hun as everyone’s different – I felt fine the next day just very fragile – you will be super conscious of every arm movement and won’t be able to open big heavy doors (I couldn’t open the fridge for 5 days cos of the seal). There’s a girl on here who’s going to see beyonce the day after… ! You will more than likey be fine. Can someone drive you to court as you won’t want to drive the next day?xx ps good luck with the ex husband hun that’s awful xxx

Oh no, that is def not the best activity next day after surgery! Indeed you will need someone to come with you and help you with doors, bags, coat! if u drive in a car use a v-pillow to put btw seat belt and ur boobs, if the drive is long. have painkillers with u, and eat! so u dont feel sick from having all meds in ur system and not enough food/water. U could be more emotional and tired after ba… so just keep it in mind and try to take everything as easy as u can!

Oh gosh… The day after my surgery I couldn’t stand up straight, and was in a lot of pain.
Is there any way you could change one of those appointments so they are a little further apart?
Also you probably wont be able to move your arms much..

I think you can do it 😀 depends what your having? I went over the muscle, day after the op I felt great! As long as you have someone with you to take you to and from court, there will be seats also if you need to sit down xx

Aww hun I really wouldn’t advise it 🙁 the majority feel/are sick or are in pain I also don’t think it would work in your favour if your ex caught wind of what you just had done & used it against you or if the court realised you weren’t 100%? I hope you can work something out just wouldn’t want anyone to suffer xx

Cant change my op as my other half is in the forces and this is the only time he has a large amount of time off to look after me and court cant be changed as its a very important appointment 🙁 Yes I’ll have help, I’ll have my fiancé with me and he will be driving me to court and helping me out so heavy doors, driving, my coat etc wont be a problem at all. Ducky, With my ex’s criminal record I’m pretty sure me having a breast augmentation purely for myself and my confidence after my children won’t go against me. Yes I won’t be 100% but I have amazing support as home and my kids will be more than fine with their step daddy helping at home 🙂 my kids are 5 & 3 so not like they’re very young and need lifting etc all the time 🙂 I’m going to inform my solicitor now so she is aware too 🙂 xxx

Babe i had surgery last night it was spose to be 2.30 but because of a emergancy it was 5 o clock , i had a lift to so had to stay in overnight n being discharged at 11 after my drains r out, it depends if u r staying in? N wot ur having hun, im not in complete agony im uncomtable and in a bit of pain but mainly i cant get out of bed myself without help to go to the toilet and groggy still from the morphine n fragile , everyones diff tho if its to atop him seeing ur kids cause hes a bad man tho im sure ull find the strengh to be ok cause when it comes to our babys we toughen up streight away when we need to even if we feel lk were dyeing on the inside , gd luck hun xxxx
