yeah im thinking that the CUI ones you only get 3 year,, the naturele are ment to be a life time guarantee theyll give you the implants free and give you £700 towards surgery , i think thats how it works better than nothing tho i suppose xx

I’m going with the naturelle’s. They seem to be the ones that are going to be best for me.

I have chosen to have the naturelle implants too.. I got told as well as the lifetime guarantee, that they are a fuller shape and better quality (hence the higher price) stronger/thicker which will prevent rippling compared to CUIs 🙂

I had this same debate myself, I’m 3 days PO and opted for CUI in the end…

How I looked at it; and how my surgeon and PC explained it to me, was in years to come once I’ve had kids and my body changes etc, it’s more than likely that I will want further work carried out, such as an uplift and change in implant size, depending on the changes in my body as I get older etc.

They told me there was no real difference in the quality of the implants, they said the CUI are a good implant and that they are just the original version; and that the Naturelle implants are just the newer version of them.
I was told some surgeons prefer to use one over another, but obviously you need to consider they will properly tell you to have the more expensive ones to make more money..

It’s personal choice but if your going to change them in the next 10-15 years, why spend money for lifetime cover, when you won’t be keeping this particular implants for life?!
    xx
