Hi Natalie. Congrats on your new boobs! it’s amazing isnt it…I am on post op day 4, and I honestly have been in quite a lot of pain since day Friday, day 1. I had 400cc unders which might be more painful, I don’t know. I honestly thought by today I would be feeling much better, and I really DON’T. I am most concerned because I need to be back at work next Monday, I will just rest like mad. I hope your journey stays on the same track as today! x

I have read alot and my surgeon also said that unders take more time to heal and are more painful as its basically cutting ur muscle to get the implants under. Recovery time is also meant to be longer for unders. But I do hope you start to feel better soon. Take some painkillers and relax your arms as much as you can xx

How are you feeling Natalie? I wish I’d had overs, they look great on all the photos I’ve seen, I just read that the unders can eventually look more natural, not sure if this is entirely true, this is why I asked for the unders! I am still very stiff and taking pain meds, this is day 6! tomorrow I go for my one week check and have the dressings off. I’ve been very bloated, how about you? it is getting better though, so I should stop the moaning! I’ve found it tough though. xx

Hi Elaine, im feeling good, i honestly have not had any pain, even first thing out of theater. i get the odd twinge in my left breast but not often. i think i have been very lucky though. im on day 4 now and getting restless so starting to potter around the house again. went for a walk yesterday near the end it was abit uncomfortable but nothing i couldnt handle. i have also been very bloated its awful, i think they said thats a side effect of my painkillers which im taking less of now as a precaution. i hope you start feeling better soon, hopefully your check up will help also 🙂 xx

Wow you are lucky with your healing do far, I’m very glad! today I think I have turned a corner, I feel ‘looser.’ Went to my first post op with the nurse yesterday, and she changed my dressings and gave me more to shower and then change them, a shower, that was a treat this morning! She did say they are still very high, and that she bets I’ve been sore (you’re right nursey!) but that I would get the dropping over the next 2-3 weeks. SO we will see. bloating getting better also, as I’ve stopped the antibiotics and painkillers. Hang on in there! xx

aww thats great news 🙂 i dont see my nurse until wednesday, sooooo dying for these patches to come off its soo itchy at the moment which i can only think is good as its a sign of healing. my bloating has also gone down due to not taking anymore painkillers. how amazing does it feel lol. Im dreaming of a lovely relaxing deep bath, but i guess ill have to keep dreaming for a little while longer 🙁 no pain at all for the last two days, even managed to do some light housework today 🙂 i feel like there defiantly becoming softer and a little bit looser, but not much. i am loving them though. hope your loving yours just as much xx
