Day 3 with 450 TSF natrelle overs

Hi girls, every morning since my op i have been getting more restricted with my arms as it hurts to move them. The anasthetic must have worn off now too as its quite painful, the side of my ledt boob burns like mad when i move my arm. My bellys super bloated but just cant go to the loo! Hope it gets better from today! One think i havnt strugggled with is sleeping, i think the co codamol just knocks me out;) anyone feeling similar??

Hi bab well u no i said what agony it was for me in recovery and very restricted and alot of pain first two days whereas alot seemed to complain from around day 3-5 but ive started to feel alot better after day 3 and today although its really painfull on waking up boobs super hard my belly hard and big too my mobility is better still cant lift arms right up or lift alot of weight though but like you i think the tramadol taking away alot of the pain xx

My belly is so bloated!! I look 6 months pregnant! But pain wise I’m fine really just tight! Slept ok last night too xx

Todays my worse day! My boob is on fire if i try move my arms. Im glad everyone has the same kind of pains though so im not worried at all. Jus want this belly to go down it makes me feel real sick. Glad your feeling a bit better chanel. The belly things awful isnt it lucy! X

hi do you mind if i add you please i have my op next tuesday.
im also a nurse just in case anyone wonders why im blabbering on about toilet stuff lol so girls if ur struggling with going to the toilet have you taken anything to help with it as the pain killers your most proberly on are stronger than paracetamol and are codiene based which can constipate you need to increase fluid intake and try some senna at night or another laxative from your local chemist to help with it.
