Day 6.. :(

Hey girls

I need some help, I’m 6 days post op. I’m better than before but getting so annoyed cause I can’t life my right arm up, I still feel sore and numb, my nipples are so soft 🙁 my chest is still tight etc.. My wedding is on April 1st and would need to be better before that as I still need to prepare.. Please let me know when you were fully able to do everything and back to normal I’m so stressed.. Thanks xx

About 2.5 weeks post op, I’m just over 3 weeks now and I feel sooooo much better. Can do pretty much everything as before except exercise properly and all that jazz. You’ll be ok, try not to worry and get excited for your wedding! good luck xxx

I’m 2 weeks post op and only in the last couple of days have been able to lift my arms up right above my head! Xx

4 weeks and I was totally back to normal , it does get easier xx

Think every1 is different I was able to lift my arms above my head after day 3 , I was feeling good after day 2 , just depends on every1 body , will say though the move I moved the better I felt ! X
