DAY CASE BUT LATE ADMISSION TIME??

What if you are a day case patient, but your admission time is pretty late, will they keep you in over night or send you home late night?? does anyone know? xxxx

I heard if your there past 10oclock they keep you over night, not sure how accurate that is though xx

I’m in on the 29th with admission at 1pm

that’s the exact same as me crystal! but then it says 6 hour wait, and you have to come round from the anaesthetic before they let you home soo… xx

On my first op I was early admission at 9 and was out by 3 for my reop though I had to be there for 3 and I didn’t get seen till about 7 so bad to stay overnight! Xx

My admission time was at 12, had my op around 3.30 and was out by about 7 xx

lol yeah wel probably see each other there im nervous but also excited im having 350cc overs opted on the biggest i was offered just so i dont regret it after lol they say you can decide on size on the day but its prob best to let the surgeon decide i was gonna keep my chaperon but think ill just get picked up that way if it is 6 hours dont feel bad for wasting someone elses day
