Did anyone go home the same day after BA?

I live 2 hours away from the hospital and my PC said she recommended I stay in a hotel the night of my op. Has anyone gone home the same day after BA?? x

Yes. Most people do

i did – but i only live about an hour from the hospital. they probably recommended you stay in because of travelling home, when you leave the hospital car rides can be a bit uncomfortable. but if you have someone giving you home and you take some pillows and things to keep you comfy on the way home then i dont see a problem with leaving the same day! xx

heyy my sister had her’s a few yr’s ago she went home the same day…i’v not had mine yet though saving atm lol xx

I lived an hour and a half away from the hospital, they advise if you liver more than half an hour away that you either stay there over night or stay in a hotel near to it x
