Disappointed with Mya

Been for an initial consultation that wasn’t great then booked with a surgeon which seemed to have taken a long time to sort and now I’ve been told that the time I booked for , the surgeon isn’t actually in.
Really haven’t made a great impression with me. Such a shame because it’s the surgeon that’s the most important (as in does the work and you decision should be based on them) but the company have really put me off them. Can’t seem to organise their own shoes let alone taking my money for a life changing procedure!

@stacyxox funny you say that because that’s exactly what happened to me! Rushed and just felt like another sale took me 1.45hr to get there too. I’ve been in talk with another company and balled over by the difference.made me feel far more comfortable!

Is that next Tuesday Lauen the 14th? I’m meant to be seeing Andrea then? X

That’s such a shame you’ve had experiences like that girls, I’ve had such a great team of people at the Manchester clinic we were in my initial consultation so long that I nearly missed my train home! I’ve had 3 trips there so far and always been seen on time and told that there is no rush! Even the girls on the desk have been really lovely to the point me and my boyfriend were joking with them that it’s sad we won’t be having trips to the clinic anymore, it’s such a shame that some members of staff let the company down. I hope you find somewhere you’re happy with xx

It’s about finding the right place and surgeon ..,,, I think this forum is great but MYA wasn’t for me … I do think shopping around is the best idea …. It’s life changing and you want 100% confidence before and after

my initial consultation got cancelled at the last min too so I wasn’t best pleased. Having said that I’m still sticking to MYA after all the great results I’ve been hearing about…as long as I get the right surgeon to do the job I’ll be happy! New consultation should be next Saturday….fingers crossed!
