Do i need to notify my insurer?

Hey girls im looking for some info! Im 9 days post op and luckily not had to drive anywhere yet, however my husbands now away on work and i need to drive to leeds for an appointment with the nurse tomorrow, Im healing really well so not bothered about driving, however after talking to my friend he informed me that my car insurance may be void if i drive without first informing them that I have had a breast augmentation operation!Any girls got any info regarding this subject?xx

I am with LV and asked them this. They said as long as you aren’t under medical advice not to drive then you are fine and they dont need to know
