Do you have to wear your post op bra ALL THE TIME ?

my bra is killinggg I need to invest in bigger i guess! When I undo It it is such a relief! I’m only 2 days post op is it an issue if I let them hang free for the odd hour or so? Or is it a bra on 24/7 kind of situation!?? Xxx

If its to right it will cause more damage then good, so let them lose for a bit, but strap them back up for bed xx

Ahh ok thank you!! I’ll give them a bit of a rest this eve then and then strap them up before I TRY to sleep! Xx

i’m not looking forward to this part! i don’t usually wear bras now unless i’m going out in public x

i would recommend it.. and macom compression garments worked great for me.. comfy enough to wear all the time
