Does anyone have their op on 29th Dec ???

Getting nervous now as its closer to the time !

I have mine on 29th in Preston ! Nervous !!

yeah thats where I’m at,just hope everything goes ok ,, they don’t give times until just before though do they?

My Nurse told me they’d probably ring me on Xmas eve. Yeah I’m getting nervous now ? x

I’ve been told we get our slot 3 days before. someone will ring you to go through everything xx eek excited xx

Just had a phone call off my PC, I’m day case now instead of over night as it’s only day case on that day. I’m glad I will be able to come home after.

oh thats good, who’s your pc? i want a bigger size than what the surgeon suggested but you need to back in to see him and theres now time now with xmas! so waiting to hear back

I’m on the 29th at Preston too. Anyone know if you can just get dropped off and not have a chaperon in hospital with you all day but just have them pick you up and stay with you overnight. Struggling to have someone with me all day and night x

Hi Olivia I’m just being dropped off and picked up later in the day by my OH as we’ve no one to look after our twin daughters.

@nicamberx have you not decided on a size yet? I got told all sizes the surgeon offered you is all ordered for the day. Yeah I’m a day case, just got my admission time this morning! X

No I got offered 275 and 300 but I want 350 now but I need another consolation but there’s no time to have one! Waiting to hear back xx

you should be able to change your size hun ! I’m sure they will be able to. I’m having 350cc but they have ordered me 325 350 and 375 just in case. Laura whats your admission time ? I’ve just had my admission time of 8am xx

Yeah I’ve rang and they said I really need a consultation but i have no time now with Christmas and stuff’ and my admission is 11am!!! Xx

They talking about postponing it Liv, just not happy, I’m hopefully going back in tomorrow to try the 300 implants in again. but after reading loads more tonight i just don’t think i will be happy with that size i want bigger x

Hi Liv, I had my op on 2nd Dec at Preston, my hubby dropped me off and when I was nearly ready to leave they called him so he could pick me up. You don’t have to have someone with you in hospital just afterwards as a precaution.
