Does everyone stick to the 6 week rule of wearing a sports bra?? I’m itching to wear normal bras – I’m 4 weeks post op now, do you think id damage them if i was to start wearing normal bras (but sports bra for bed and if staying home?).
I wore a normal bra after two weeks just for a night out.. It’s totally fine!!! Your boobs will let you when they’ve had enough lol as in they will probably start rubbing on the wire & then you know it’s time to go back to your sports bar until another day 🙂 xx
The receptionist at my MYA clinic had a BA and started wearing what she called an ‘inbetween bra’ a couple of weeks post op. It is supportive but still not underwired and looks like a nice tshirt bra so is a good compromise. Lightly padded, too, to give you a nice silhouette whilst still in the cone stage. I’ve just ordered mine. Go to Next online and search for Luxury Bra. They come in white, black and nude and they’re only £14 each!!x
