hi girls, obviously its early days for me but my partner has the theory that the pains you get from a BA never really go and you just learn the live with them..do you guys think this is true? has anyone experienced this? x

I haven’t had any real pain since around day 4. They were unconfortable until around day 7-8 and since then I’ve hardly noticed them at all! x

I’m only a week post op but I definately do not think this is true as just a few days ago I was balling my eyes out and now I’m
Almost completely pain free! My friend had had her for 4years and she goes to the gym daily and never complains of any pain in her boobs ever. She’s not careful with them at all. Ignore him 😉 xxx

I’m nearly 9 weeks and never really get any pain infact I kind of forget that I’ve had them done. I’m back to the gym and have started running now, I’m not really going for it with waits etc but getting there. Honestly give it a few weeks and you’ll defo be pain free 🙂 xx

Definately not true, if you have pain after a year then you have problems. If having a BA left you in pain indefinitely they wouldn’t be allowed to offer the surgery. That’s kinda like saying if you never recover from any injury but just learn to live with it…lol. Breats surgery is a major operation, it can be painful and recovery is a long road but you will get there!

Im coming up for week 3 and I still have pain, but I guess its still early stages, its not unbearable, just a reminder that they are healing I guess – definitely don’t feel like my own at the moment though xxx

I had my BA two weeks yesterday, and since Tuesday I’d say I feel 90% back to normal! Still the odd twinge and ache, but I can now sleep fully on my sleep properly! Up until Tuesday night I was waking up every hour in agony! So no I think what he said is wrong! Lol it does definitely get easier after the first week then I’d say another week or two until you’re 100% recovered! The next step is doing exercise with them, which I’m scared of!! Lol x
