double bubble?! Help?

hi girls!
I’m begging to worry I have double bubble or bottoming out on my left boob!
has anybody else had this? can you describe what it felt like? have any pictures?
its under my incision there like a second ‘bump’ feels like a second underboob.
I arent sure if it’s normal and it’s the incision healing or if it double bubble?

little worried any help appreciated!x xx
