    Hi
I had my op with Linda on Saturday at Fitzroy and can honestly say I’m so pleased.

    I’m 5’6, 9st 3 and I’ve have 350/375 under the muscle.

I thought the pain was going to be unbearable, but honestly I feel fine. Really achy and feel like I have a lot of pressure on my chest. I work out 4/5 times a week so it feels like I’ve done a massive work out x 100!! It’s quite uncomfortable at night trying to stay upright, and I did have a little cry in the night last night!! But I normally sleep on my front which is why I’m finding sleeping hard.

Does anyone know how long you have to wear the breast band for? I wasn’t told anything about it but woke up after surgery with it on. I don’t know how tight it should be either?

I’ve attached a picture of them when I first woke up from the surgery. Xxxxx

    Hi Sophie,
    Congratulations!
I had 350 UHP unders with Dr Fuimara too (she’s fab isn’t she?)
I was told not to take the band or bra off at all for the first 7 days. Then at the check up with the nurse, it could all be removed (that was so exciting! It was the first chance I had to see my new boobs! Oh and having the band and bra off was wonderful)
After that I was told to keep the band on for another 3 weeks day and night, although I do take it off for showers and short periods now and then.
I think I had been wearing mine a little loose too. One boob wasn’t dropping as quickly as the other one. So I cranked it a little tighter last week and both boobs have dropped and they’re looking fab now (if I do say so myself! hehe)

    I hope that helps.
    xx

Wear the band as tight as you can for 4 weeks. Only take it off for showers & your boobs will drop quicker ☺️ it’s a pain but it really works! If it’s rubbing on your armpits fold a sock around where it’s cutting and you won’t notice yourself wearing it anymore! That was my trick! X

Ahhh thanks both. I’ll try the socks. It’s just soooo tight feels like it’s crushing me and it’s the best relief ever when I undo it for ten minutes xx
