DR SINGH Any girls with natural big breasts having bigger implants?

Hello,
i was wondering is there any girls out there who have large natural breasts like over a G cup and have had a implant put in.
Because at my largest i was a 34L now i am a 28HH but i would like to get some fullness into my breasts.

but i want to try and avoid uplifts or reductions because of the scarings. but i just want perky bigger boobs.

Hey I wasn’t that big I use to be a 32D and went for 620cc implants and i am now a 30G cup i didn’y have a uplift either xx
