Drains

Do all BA’s require drains? If it’s a day case do they take them out before you leave or do you have a follow up appt before the 7-day one? Xxx

I didn’t have to have drains, and I’m pretty sure that if you do they remove them before you leave xxx

Hi Laura, it depends on the surgeon. I had drains and stayed over night, they were removed in the morning before i left and then i had a check up the next day. They were so painful being removed ! But, I am pleased i had them as gave me a even smaller chance of having extra fluid around the implants xx

I had drains and I was a day case they kept them in for a few hours and then removed them x

Had mine yesterday. I was only a day case. Had drains in for a few hours and they were removed before I left. Very odd sensation. Not particularly painful just very uncomfortable X

Heyy hun! No not every surgeon puts drains in i never had them thank god lol xxx
