I’m 7 days post op today & going to a pub tonight for a meal do you think ill be save just to have 1 or 2? I know I should wait 2 weeks but anyone else drank before? X
I didn’t, but to be honest that was more because I felt that rough I didn’t fancy it, I’m sure a couple won’t hurt as long as you aren’t going out on a real bender! Ha ha x
As you already know it’s not advisable till you are 2 weeks post-op but if you have finished your antibiotics and just have one or two you should be ok, but please bear in mind that alcohol increases swelling, thins the blood and dries out your skin xx
I’m only four days post opp and would love a large glass of rose!! But still on my antibiotics so going to wait and see what the nurse says on Monday xxx
