Driving…

Hey girls, does anyone know when I will be able to drive? I’m 10 days post op and tried driving today and it hurt so much! literally only made it round the corner and had to turn back! my boobs are still really sore and sensitive. I know everyone feels differently but I feel as though I should be driving by now. Any advice? x x

i drove 3 days after hun and had unders. Everyone is different tho so whenever you feel comfortable Xx

I was driving by day 5 after unders; but I was alittle stiff still. Just see how you feel! Maybe you are still v swollen X

Yee my nurse said I was swollen still, there still really sore! I have normal movement in my arms it’s just when I tried driving today it felt like a straining feeling in my boobs which really hurt! Maybe it’s just me being a slow healer! Xx

I had this too today and I am 2WPO tomorrow. I couldn’t even get my car into 5th gear or reverse so I didn’t bother! My boobs are also really sore still x

@heather I was exactly the same! When I came straight back after it hurting me to much to drive, I had to reverse my car into my drive and actually getting it into reverse was a nightmare! I’m glad I’m not the only one!! Xx

I started driving after 5 days and I had overs I’m
Not gonna lie 5th gear was a struggle but I got used to it pretty quickly! I drive a lot for work and only took a week off, I guess it depends on each individual xxxxx

I was fine in the morning driving to work and then did a day at work, I think it was actually too much too soon as I work 12 hour shifts, Deffo felt like I over did it as it was on the way home I was in pain to drive. This morning I had to use both hands to get into reverse lol and I still can’t get into 5th! I had partials so didn’t even have unders!
I’m too scared to force myself to push into 5th because the feeling makes me feel sick in my chest.
Is everyone’s pain in their boobs completely gone at 2 weeks? Xxx

I’m 23 days post op now and I still can’t drive.. but I seem to be healing very slowly! Xx
