Is the dual plane technique the same as partials does anyone know?

Really confused with what to go for.

One surgeon said only overs but might give rippling but much muc better than unders he said and another said partials.

Thanks I saw a different surgeon today who advocated overs and gave me a list of disadvantages with unders ( but he didn’t do partials) and he has scared me on what is going to be the best. He told me unders pushed the boobs out and nipples pointing outwards and under the arms. Did u find this with partials. I do understand its a more advanced technique.

Partials, dual plane and unders are all the same thing hun. No Drs do FULL true unders anymore so when a Dr refers to unders they generally mean the partail/dual plane placement.
