Excited, op date brought forward!!

I had my op date booked for 1st sep, and they can
Now fit me in on the 22nd August! With a £600 discount
Yay am a happy lady!!!
Still a little unsure about if I should have
Unders or overs???
Having 325 I have been offered
Both unders or overs because I have a
Asymmetrical chest wall!
Unders may mean you can notice the chest
Wall more but then overs may mean I
Could have rippling as I only a 32a/b
Also hoping to achieve a DD with this implant??
Any help ladies??

Unders takes slightly longer to heel just had my op today had overs
