    Hi girls I’m going marbs 2 weeks today and feeling like I have piled the weight on, I’m 3 weeks post op and really want to do some exercise, have any of you girls started to exercise at 3 weeks post op?? I was thinking of walking, squats, and the power plate but on low?? Any advise would be great. Xx

    I was back in the gym after 3 weeks using the cross trainer (no arms), stepper, squats, lunges and doing abs. I had approval from my nurse. After 5 weeks I was back running and doing weights. I had overs though so if you had unders it might take longer. x

    I went back after 3 weeks on crosser trainer and treadmill, doing mainly bottom body exercises. I’m 4 1/2 weeks now and will start light weights again at 5 weeks. I don’t really do chest and arms anyway but hoping to be back to full exercising at 6 weeks. I feel great and have had unders xxx
