    When did you ladies start doing sit ups and squats? Xx

    I started squats y.day 17 days PO. Would love to be able to start doing sit ups but i was advised no excercise until 6 weeks PO. Xx

    I went back to the gym to do low body exercises from week 4 and back to full exercising at 6 weeks x

    Around 3-4 weeks did light lower body exercises but sit ups at 6weeks+. I was too scared to do hem earlier than that in case something happened lol.
