Hi Ladies,
I am 3 1/2 weeks post op and I am deffo ready to start exercising again! Feel like I am getting chubbier everyday! I know we are supposed to wait until 6 weeks to start going to the gym etc. But I have a treadmill at home and was just going to do some brisk walking and wondered if any post op ladies have any low-impact tummy/leg or even arm exercises I could start to do again now? Stuff that won’t negatively affect my boobies! xx
