Extra high profile!!

Hey girlies

So I went for my second consultation with Dr Frayi yest as my surgery is in September and I didn’t ask enough questions last time (or he didn’t explain lol!!) and he told md the difference between extra high, high, medium, low profile etc. I was worried with being given extra high as I don’t want them to look stuck on and he explained to me it’s not how high they sit its the projection of implant so they will be more fuller. I do really trust his opinion as heard very good things about him so leaving it in his hands!

Has anyone had extra high profiles? I’m going 340 soft touch overs and am a size 6, 32c and want to be D/DD. would love to see pics as I’ve researched on here that apparently only tiny framed girls get extra high??? Is this even true!???

I think extra high profile is given to narrower ladies because the width of the implant cannot exceed the width of your breast. The extra high projection implant are narrow and have the volume coming from the projection rather than the width so you can still achieve the desired cupsize. This is my understanding anyway. Im a size 6-8 on top and was a 30b previous , now a 30F( look a dd) from a 400cc and 420cc extra high profile natrelle implants, feel free to check mine out, im only 4 weeks post op at the mo though. They stick out more but are dropping and looking more and more natural. hope this helps xxx

Yours look fab Carla! You look like a similar frame to me. And yours are only four weeks so will drop loads more! Will be curious to see what yours look like by the time of my op! What surgeon did you have? Like we are similar stats so why was he reluctant with me to go any bigger than 340cc! I don’t understand!

well, my main goal was to even out my beyonce booty with some boobs so Mounir had a look and said I should opt for the largest he could fit lol 🙂

I wish I would have had extra high as I think its the projection that stands out further, I don’t think theres too much difference in high and extra high but still wish I would of gone for extra high now x

Did the surgeon say why he gave you extra highs in your first op aysha?

They look absolutely fab Jessica! I bet you are pleased!?? They look big for 340’s! Mine are overs and he said you gai a size when going over so I hope mine don’t look too much bigger than yours as I like your size!

QVC if you have any queries have another consultation as I had two with the surgeon to explain why he chose them for me and now i feel much more reassured 🙂

Hi Hun I’ve had 340 extra high profile I’m at day 7 now and I love them!! Was going to go for the 310 but changed my mind and I’m soooo glad I did. I had 240 high profile before and to be honest the shape if these at 7 days in comparison to my others actually look more natural to me. I was in fear they could be massive and really fake but they are far from what I was worried about! Who are you going with? Xxx

Hi lovely yeah add away. Mine are overs too. I had my 13 yr old 240’s removed as they had CC and I had mounir at MYA do my 2nd ba. But yeah I’m so happy I was expecting big balls as I had previous issues with the CC and my tissue was thin but I’m so happy even at day 7. My pics are up but they look even better as the pics are my before a and straight after. Will post some more later on

Try to enjoy the process as much as possible as its easy to worry but I’m sure you will love your new boobs xx
